Ich bin ja echt ein bisschen verliebt in den Zeichenstil. Mir gefallen besonders die Gesichter und die Mimik sehr gut, die einzelnen Bilder sind nicht zu überladen, sodass man nicht von Eindrücken erschlagen wird.Shirotani ist psychisch krank, er hat Angst vor Bakterien und leidet sehr darunter, weil ihm so kaum eine zwischenmenschliche Beziehung möglich ist. Er schreckt vor Berührungen zurück, möchte aber mit der Hilfe von Kurose daran arbeiten. Die Szenen zwischen den beiden mochte ich sehr. In diesem Band kümmert sich Kurose schön um Shirotani, als es ihm in einer Situation nicht gut geht.Ein bisschen wird die Vergangenheit von Shirotani angeschnitten und ich bin gespannt, was der Leser da noch erfahren wird.Es gab wieder ein paar heiße Szenen, besonders die am Ende. Die aber mitten drinnen aufhört, deswegen meine Empfehlung unbedingt schon Band 4 griffbereit haben, ich musste danach sofort weiter lesen.

Nach dem Naruto so populär geworden war, war es fast klar, dass es eine Fortsetzung geben würde.Boruto reicht für mich (zumindest nach diesem ersten Band noch) nicht an Naruto heran. Dafür fehlt letztlich der Charme der originalen Serie.Es ist ganz interessant zu sehen, wie sich die alten Charaktere entwickelt haben, aber bisher fehlt noch das gewisse etwas um die Story außergewöhnlich zu machen.Mir persönlich gefällt auch das Chrakterdesign einiger Erwachsener Protagonisten nicht so sehr. Aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache.Als Fan kann man zuschlagen, wer unsicher ist kann ja erstmal noch warten wie die Geschichte sich entwickelt...

Leider kann ich es nicht anders beschreiben. Ich habe den Film nicht gesehen, und fand es relativ spannend bisher.Obwohl ich sagen muss das mir das letzte Chapter wohl am meisten gefiel, was schon daran liegt dass das wohl wieder von Kishimoto gezeichnet wurde.Den das ist bei mir ein bisschen der Knackpunkt, ich mag die Zeichnung nicht sonderlich... Da hätte ich mir eher was Narutogetreuers gewünscht, das alles ist mir da zu wild und zu geschwungen. Bonjour,Un livre à lire sans aucun doute et ce d'autant plus si l'on est amené dans son activité professionnelle à faire émerger des décisions.Après ce n'est évidement pas magique, il nous faut composer avec les processus de l'entreprise, mais cela reste passionnant.Reste un petit coté répétitif qui pour certains chapitres laisse un léger goût de remplissage.Mais cela n'est aucunement dommageable sur la longueur et donc je conseille sans réserve si le sujet vous interpelle.Bonne lecture.

Il doit être tout d'abord noté que ce livre, annoncé comme un tome II, peut se lire sans aucune difficulté sans avoir lu le tome I.L'auteur part en effet de cas concrets, dans divers milieux professionnels à hauts risques : aéronautique civile et militaire, sous-marins nucléaires, opérations chirurgicales, randonnées en haute montagne, et met en lumière les facteurs ayant conduit à prendre des décisions à l'origine d'erreurs d'accidents ou au contraire les règles qui ont permis de les éviter.La deuxième partie vise à illustrer les métarègles de la fiabilité des décisions dégagées :- approche collégiale, par aménagement du relations hiérarchiques classiques- débat contradictoire, par organisation de la prise en compte des contre-positions minoritaires- consensus vérifié, en veillant à canaliser les effets pervers liés à la sociologie de groupe- information croisée, par briefings et débriefings- conscience collective des interfaces/interstices des fonctions de l'organisation- principe de non-punition des erreurs, pour en faciliter la prévention et l'analyse précoce- institutionnalisation des règles de fiabilité et traçage des écarts- sécurisation des communications, par standardisation, confirmation, explicitation- formation des individus aux mécanismes cognitifs, psychologiques et sociologiques (dits facteurs humains) qui entravent ou facilitent la prise de décisionJ'ai pour ma part particulièrement apprécié :- la présentation des neuf enchaînements principaux conduisant à pervertir la décision prise en groupe,- l'illustration du passage de la rationalité substantielle (qui présuppose une connaissance parfaite de la situation) à la rationalité procédurale (qui intègre la notion d'incertitude ou de risque)- les exemples à méditer sur la gestion des rémunérations et des promotions, sur le management par objectifs individuels.

Ich glaube ich habe seit 4 Jahren kein Buch gelesen, aber dieses Buch wurde von mir verschlungen. Jeder der Handball spielt egal welche Liga kann sich mit dem Buch identifizieren. Man findet so viele parallelen zum Handball Alltag und genau das macht das Buch so amüsant. Ich hoffe es wird einen zweiten Teil geben.

Sehr witzig geschriebenes Buch, das sehr schön auf die einzelnen Positionen und typischen Eigenschaften eben dieser aufgeteilt ist. Ist man selbst Handballer dann wird man sich auf jeden Fall an der ein oder anderen Stelle selbst wiederfinden und ein schmunzeln ist garantiert.Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und auch als Geschenk gut geeignet.WorkingVVIP Über den Autor und weitere Mitwirkende Daniel Duhr wurde am 17.
