Ce livre permet de mettre des mots ainsi que des concepts généraux sur des situations où il y a "un quelque chose" qui nous manque pour les surmonter.Ce livre est clair (et éclairant), structuré et riche d exemples.Tout au long du livre, une analogie avec deux concepts mathématiques est faite ; étant donné qu' il s agit d analogie et de concepts simples, cela reste accessible.

Ce livre a été écrit par 3 auteurs. Ils expliquent d'abord les théories logiques et mathématiques du changement et leurs applications à la résolution de problèmes dans les relations humaines. Ces théories, bien que fondées et indéniables, peuvent paraitre totalement inadaptées aux comportements humains, car justement trop logiques et mathématiques. Néanmoins, pour expliquer ces théoriques, les auteurs les illustrent d'exemples de changements de comportements qui se font selon ces théories, et l'on voit alors que cette logique mathématique peut avoir un sens pratique et servir à gérer des changements de comportements. Au passage, l'"utopisme", comme quête de solution impossible, est sérieusement démontée. La dernière partie du livre - 60 pages - donnent une vingtaine de cas concrets d'application de cette approche en thérapie brève. En cela, ce livre permet vraiment de comprendre l'école de palo alto : au lieu de chercher le "pourquoi" à la manière de la psychanalyse (et de se noyer dans cette recherche sans fin), chercher le "quoi", ne s'intéressr qu'à la partie visible de l'iceberg du psychisme, càd au manifeste des comportements, et par des méthodes de modifications des points de vue, des attitudes, et des comportements, obtenir rapidement des changements radicaux. En cela, ce livre a été pour moi essentiel pour comprendre la philosophie pratique de l'école de palo alto. La lecture est parfois ardue par la logique pure et dure, et l'aisance avec laquelle les auteurs manipulent le paradoxe et la confusion, mais on n'est pas obliger de tout comprendre la première fois. Je l'ai lu, et je le relirai donc ;-) !

Sie passen sehr gut zur Story!Riseman Sawyer versucht alle Zutaten des Totenrezeptes zu besorgen, um seine geliebte Rosalie zu erwecken.Die Zeichnungen sind wirklich richtig schön und man entdeckt so viele Einzelheiten beim genauen Hinsehen.Vom zweiten Teil bin ich noch begeisterter als vom ersten Teil. Die Reise durch eine fantastische Welt mit vielen düsteren Orten beginnt. Riseman hat eine neue Verbündete gefunden, die ihn begleitet. Es gibt viele actiongeladene Kämpfe, magische Zutaten und gefährliche Gegner. Riseman stellt sich dabei nicht immer geschickt an. Er ist ein richtiger Trottel und tappt von einem Fettnäpfchen ins nächste. Ich bin fast von der Couch gefallen vor Lachen. Dieser Teil steckt voller Humor und ist nicht mehr so extrem emotional geladen wie der erste. Das find ich richtig gut. Man wird richtig gut unterhalten.Fazit: Es beginnt eine gefährliche, düstere Reise durch eine fantastische Welt. Der 2. Teil ist total witzig und steckt voller Spannung und Action. Außerordentliche Leseempfehlung!

de bonnes leçons à retenir mais à relire pour bien s'en imprégner

Le livre apporte une connaissance trés importante et très documentée mais apporte aussi une réflexion, un mode de pensée, une inspiration au lecteur. La complexité, le lien actif, l’enchevêtrement, la hiérarchies des valeurs morales tout ceci est à la fois considérablement bien formulé par M. Comte Sponville; mais aussi montre l'effort nécessaire de pensée pour suivre les raisonnements et surtout rendre actif, s'approprier, représenter les enseignements de cette oeuvre. C'est un extraordinaire livre de référence, à lire régulièrement, à méditer. C'est aussi un exemple d 'expression et de qualité de bon usage de la langue française. La version lue est complémentaire.
